Legal notice for PKL SA Newsletter service

1. The controller of personal data entered into the “Newsletter” service during the registration process is Polskie Koleje Linowe S.A. (Polish Ropeways).
2. The controller's registered office is located in Zakopane at ul. Krupówki 48.

4. Personal data will be processed in order to provide interested parties with information about promotions, competitions, events, news and collections of PKL S.A. and Partners belonging to the PKL S.A. Group, i.e.: Kolej Gondolowa Jaworzyna Krynicka S.A., PKL FOOD Sp. z o.o., PKL FOOD Sp. z o.o. sp. k., Tangara IP, and will be provided to these entities in the scope of the provided services.
5. Personal data will also be provided to Fresh Mail Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Al. 29 Listopada 155 c, 31-406 Kraków, to the extent necessary for the provision of the “Newsletter” service commissioned by PKL S.A.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary.
7. The processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject.
8. Personal data provided by you in the “Newsletter” form will be processed only by authorized persons, with full respect for its privacy.
9. You have the right to access and rectify your data, the right to delete it from the database, the right to restrict or withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer your data.
10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the General Personal Data Inspector (after 25 May 2018—the President of the Personal Data Protection Office), if you consider that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the applicable law.
11. The personal data provided in the form will be processed until the moment of resignation from receiving the newsletter or withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, which is tantamount to resignation from the service. In case of resignation from the service, withdrawal of consent or discontinuation of the “Newsletter” service by the Controller, the collected personal data will be deleted.
